Nothing so frightens a person as the announcement that they are expected to respond to a toast or make a speech on some appallingly near-by occasion. All ideas he/she may ever have had on the subject melt away and like a drowning man he clutches furiously at the nearest solid object. Treat this website like a rescue mission for these occassions and as your self-development tool for becoming a great Public Speaker. This is my 8th speech from basic manual.

It has always been a challenge for me, but I know I need to work on my vocal variety and project the volume and my voice.
